Hi Diana,
I bought your 5 simple steps better writing course. When I try to download the program it wouldn't let me. It showed expired. Please let me know what way I can load the program and use it.

Sorry for the delay in responding. I've been away in Canada and just checked my email.

The book links do have an expiry date (72 hours after you purchase the ebook) so if you waited a couple of days or more then the links would expire and not work.

I have looked into my records and have send you another email with new links and they should work...as long as you download them within 72 hours.

If you have any problems please contact me (and leave your email address in the form and we can go from there).
