Best ESL materials and want samples.

Which are the best ESL textbooks for grades 6-12 for learn English? We are a grades 1-12 American School in Hsinchu, Taiwan. We will be doing a curriculum review this upcoming year, and I want samples to examine.

I think your best bet would be to contact some ESL materials publishers and see if they can provide you with sample copies. I would do this with a couple different publishers (Cambridge etc) so that you can compare them and choose one that works for you and your teachers.

Make sure that you identify the key features you are looking for. (If it is interactive, contains audio resources, images, if it’s easy to follow and useful etc).

Choosing books works on an individual basis so what works for me might not work for others.
