Edit my sentence...was I right?

If humans want to enhance their beauty they can use natural products those need no testing. Is this sentence right or wrong?

Your sentence makes sense but you need to change a couple things to make it correct.

I would suggest saying:
If humans want to enhance their beauty they can use natural products which do not require (or need) testing (on animals).

I added (on animals) because I assume that is what you mean by testing. I believe that all cosmetics require some form of testing to ensure that they are save for people to use.
