English Learning Methods

by Michael

Hello Diana,

You asked me some time ago if I could suggest some real "action steps" for English language learners to improve their English skills.

I have just submitted my comment titled "Improving English listening comprehension and speaking ".

As you know, conversation includes two aspects: listening and speaking. I believe that my previous Tips and Advice on learning English conversation and vocabulary are very practical (not just theoretical), easily understandable and are based on real life needs of learners for using English.

I would like to know you opinion and suggestions about my last comment.

Stay well.
Sincerely,
Michael
Hi Michael,
I think that all of your suggestions and tips are great for learners who are trying to improve their listening comprehension. The main issue that learners must deal with is personal motivation as well.

There are hundreds of websites dedicated to helping people learn English and we can give people tips and suggestions every minute of every day but the real magic happens in each learner. When they discover that they really enjoy a certain topic in English.

I think with the right motivation and resources, anyone can learn English.

-Diana
