Hi Darlington,
It is great to hear that you want to teach your children English. Learning new languages at a young age is one of the best gifts you can give your children.
In order for your boys to learn English you should make sure to focus on two things:
1) Make it fun!
2) Focus on listening and speaking first.
In your question you didn't mention teaching them how to understand spoken English (listening) and I believe that this should be a high priority.
I do not have any children and I mostly work with adults but if I did have a child this is what I would do to ensure that they learnt English (as I am currently living in Spain).
1) Cartoons in English. Children love watching cartoons so make this time in front of the TV educational and fun. Children shouldn't spend all day in front of the TV but if they do watch a cartoon or two, choose English ones rather than in your native language. This will help your child to get used to hearing English.
2) Sing songs! Kids love songs and if they are simple and in English they can learn many new words.
3) Play games in English. Learning English should be fun to keep your children interested and motivated.
If you would like some good books that will help you teach and interact with your children in English I highly recommend the Cambridge Primary Box series. They have books for reading, activities, communication, speaking, reading and grammar.
