How to Make Fried Chicken

by Cisca
(Jakarta)

First, you need to buy a chicken in the market and ask the carpenter butcher chicken to cut it into eight parts. After that buy a pocket package of flour flavor seasoning.

Then, prepare a medium frying pan with oil on in it. Don't use used oil as it's not good for your health.

Before you cook the chicken, you have to clean the pieces of chicken and pour the flour flavor seasoning into a medium bowl.

Next, you need to smear cover each pieces of chicken with the flour mixture.

After that, if the oil has boiled is hot, you can fry the chicken until it looks a bit gold and crispy.

Finally, the fried chicken is ready to prepared eat!

Hmmm...fried chicken! That sounds delicious. It is 2:50pm and I am hungry. I wish I was having fried chicken for lunch. Maybe tomorrow. Great work Cisca! -Diana
