My Theft Report

Excuse me,
I've just been robbed by a man. He is a black man, about 5,8 feet tall. He is wearing a dark brown jacket, blue jeans, and sneakers. He is bald. He's got a Scorpion Tattoo in on his left arm. It's very obviously obvious or noticeable.

He had put his knife on to my throat, but fortunately he didn't hurt me. He has stolen (if close to the time of the theft or just "he stole") my wallet and my watch.
