Excuse me sir, I’ve robbed by someone. i was walking through this street, somebody came and pull my handbag. I was try to stop him. He pulled the bag and my shirt was torn. My arm was injured. The man looks like his mid 40's with long hair.

Suma!!! Be careful! In your statement above you just told me that you robbed someone; that you stole something from someone else. (The "by" is correct but you need "been" as well). Here is what you meant to say:

Excuse me sir, I’ve been robbed by someone. I was walking through down this street and somebody came and pull took my handbag. I was trying to stop him, when he pulled the bag and my shirt was torn tore (ripped). My arm was injured too. The man looks like he was in his mid 40's with long hair.
Good work Suma...just be careful with that first line. "I've been robbed!" - Diana
