Past Continuous: My Vacation

I went to Semarang in a year ago. It is a city just outside Jakarta, where I live. in Jakarta I went there with my family by car. It took about 11 hours to get there by car. We were was tired but happy. We were talking about the swimming pool during the drive to Semarang. We were going to stay stayed in a nice hotel.

We got a room with a nice view to of the swimming pool. The swimming pool is was located in the middle center of the hotel.

When I woke up together with my daughter, my husband was sleeping. It was evening and the weather was warm, so I decided to go swimming with her.

When we got back to the room, my husband was having a shower so we watched TV until he finished. After that we all went down to had have a dinner together in the hotel restaurant.
