It was the summer of 2007. I was on a two months vacation from school and I had really wanted to go some where for a change. My mother suggested to be that I visit my aunt and cousins who are living live in the BVI. I was overjoyed that she would let me travel out of the country and I immediately began to make travel plans.

Within a weak I was booking my ticket at the travel agency. I was leaving on the 30th of July, three days after my birthday.

The day was finally here; my ex-boyfriend took me to the airport and I was on my way to the BVI. The flight was tiresome and it took eight hours by flight to get to the BVI there. My aunt and my cousin Jaison was were there waiting for me when I arrived.

It wasn't a long drive from the airport to where they lived. All I did when I got there, was have dinner and retire/go to bed, since everyone else had to work the next morning.

The next day was wonderful; it was sunny but windy and one of my cousins who took the day off and took me sight seeing. For the first time in my life had i ever I had never seen such beautiful beaches and some magneficient houses up steep hills in my entire life.

Hi Charlyn,
What a wonderful story! You write extremly well! There were just a couple small mistakes, like using a capital "I" and some typos. Great work. I'm looking forward to reading your next story!

Cheers,
Diana
