PIF: My First Day in Aberdeen

Hi! My name is Precious from Africa; Nigeria to be precise. I came from the eastern part of Nigeria and my native language is Igbo.

I came to Aberdeen on the 16th of may this year to meet my husband who is studying at the University of Aberdeen.

I arrived Aberdeen at 10.30pm on that day and I met my husband and his friend at the airport where they stood in anticipation to welcome me.

Right at the airport, I met a different weather compared to what I'm used to before. When we got home, I couldn't hold myself because of the cold,I covered myself with three big jackets before I could sleep.

I stayed indoors for two good weeks, but now I'm getting use to it.My experience for that two weeks was horrible.
