PIF: What people do you consider geniuses?

by Ricardo
(Spain)

Current opinion considers geniuses, people who were born with amply advantages. In fact many people think that above all you need theses advantages if you want to make your dreams come true, theses dreams are trampled underfoot by groundless opinion.

Personaly, I want to believe that Nothing/anything :S is beyond my reach. It's worthy to note that the change is possible and we have some examples in the history like a man who started being a bad lawyer and he finished being a genius, Gandhi.

This means that struggling against your problems or lacks with a patient and constant behavior will reward you with a dream life where everything will be possible.

And this will means even more than a natural talent. In brief, Everyone who follow his goal and reach it regardless to the cost and efforts is a genius for me.

I'm got this idea when I read the biography of Bach and another musicien biographies. Everyone think that they had a easy life but when you know how die Mozart, the attempt of suicide of Chaikovsky and that Wagner compused The dutch wandering(El holandes errante) while he was hidden in a ship without money and in the death's edge...You will be aware that those genius weren't so different than you and me.

My piece of advice:It's not over when you fail. It's over when you quit.
