RhinoSpike - Get any English text read aloud by a native English speaker.

RhinoSpike - Get any English text read aloud by a native English speaker.

RhinoSpike is a site where you can get any text, in any language, read aloud for you by a native speaker of that language (for free).

If you are learning English you can submit English journal entries, articles, vocab, etc and a native English speaker will record it for you.

You can then take the .mp3 file and listen to it on your ipod, or on your computer or right on the RhinoSpike website.

You can also help other users who are learning your native language by recording your voice for them. It's a great site for developing your listening skills by listening to what *you* want to hear.

Rhinospike is great!
by: RhinoSpike Fan

It's easy to understate how useful RhinoSpike really is. With RhinoSpike, you're practicing exactly what you want to practice. It has been recommended by several language learning experts including Khatzumoto of AllJapaneseAllTheTime.com and Benny Lewis of FluentInThreeMonths.com.

Benny has even made the suggestion that you can use RhinoSpike to make your very own, customized just for you, Pimsleur method CD, for free.

One man, Tom from Poland, is doing exactly that for English on his webpage: http://www.tomfrompoland.com/phrasebooks

RhinoSpike is heavily recommended!

Great for learners of any language
by: Thomas

You can get audio files of text spoken by native speakers of any language. English is the most active language by far.
