Change to the Past.

I received the following sentences and from the title I am going to assume that Sunil wants me to put them into the past.
We mustn't take our jackets off.
Must does not have a past tense form so I used should.We should not have taken our jackets off.I can't understand every word.
I couldn't understand every word.We must leave early.
We had to leave early.We're allowed to invite who we want to.
We were not allowed to invite who we wanted to.I don't have to go to work.
I didn't have to go to work.How did I know that "must" does not have a past form? I looked it up in "Practical English Usage".
