Do I Capitalize all Words in a Title?

Do I capitalize all the words of a book title in a sentence? This depends on the "style" that you are using. For example...if you are writing an essay at university you will be using a specific style guide.

In the real world there aren't any "100%" yes or no rules but this is what the general consensus seems to be. Capitalize the "main" words. This would include the first word of the title and any subjects/nouns, verbs or adjectives.

For example...my future book "Five Simple Steps to Better Writing", we don't capitalize "to".
