"looking forward to".....

Is it appropriate to say: "I would look forward to seeing you, etc..."


If you say "would" it sounds as if you are speaking hypothetically or that you are going to contradict the statement by later saying you do not look forward to seeing that person.

I would remove "would" from your sentence to create a statement about how you feel; excited to seeing someone in the future.

"I look forward to seeing you..."
