Hi Sweet Nightmare,

First of all, are you translating your name from Chinese? Sweet Nightmare is a very unique name.

In terms of improving your English (Oral or written) the answer is simple...but not simple to do. Use your English!

The answer itself is simple BUT actually doing it is a bit more difficult. What you need to do is create a daily routine which incorporates a lot of English use and practise.

You need to listen to English everyday.

You need to speak in English everyday.

You need to write letters or notes in English everyday.

How can you do this? For some great ideas to incorporate more English into your daily life, read this four page article which lists many different, and FREE, ways to improve your English.

I hope that answers your question Sweet Nightmare!

Have a wonderful day!
Diana
